Why was Download 2017 special?

Download 2017 was one of the most memorable editions of the festival for several reasons. First of all, it had three fantastic headliners: System of a Down, Biffy Clyro, and Aerosmith. Each of them delivered a stunning performance that left the crowd in awe. Secondly, it had a stellar lineup of other bands and artists that rocked the various stages throughout the weekend. Some of them were Rob Zombie, Prophets of Rage, Slayer, AFI, Of Mice & Men, Alter Bridge, Mastodon, Five Finger Death Punch, Sum 41, Good Charlotte, Steel Panther, and many more. Thirdly, it had a great atmosphere and experience for the fans. The weather was sunny and warm (a rare occurrence for Download), the crowd was friendly and energetic (as always), and there were even some romantic proposals (aww). Moreover, the festival had improved its facilities and services after the previous year's deluge that caused some problems. There were better drainage systems, more toilets, showers, water points, food stalls, bars, security staff, medical staff, etc. All in all, Download 2017 was a rock and metal festival to remember.
