What It Is
The New Leader Program is for leaders who are either leading others for the first time or leaders who are yet to receive the leadership development intervention required to make them succeed since becoming leaders. This eight-module hands-on program covers “the art of being the CEO of your team, leading Self, leading others, developing creative solutions, stakeholder management and creating memorable customer experiences.
